Shipping and pickup
Seeds
Seeds go anywhere in Canada for a flat $6, however many packets you order. Over $100 the postage is on me.
That $6 is roughly what it costs me. Seed can't go as a letter, since the sorting machines would crush it, so everything travels in a padded envelope and a big order goes in a box. I would rather charge what it costs than pad the seed price and make the people who collect in person pay for postage they never use.
Collecting instead
There's a tick box at checkout for collecting in Morden. Tick it and the postage comes off, whatever is in your basket. I'll email you to sort out a time.
Plants and tubers
Both are pickup only. I don't mail them, and that isn't a policy I bend for a nice email. A plant that spends four days in a box arrives as compost, and a dormant tuber in an unheated truck at minus thirty arrives as mush.
Outside Canada
Nothing ships outside Canada, seeds included. Sending seed across the border needs paperwork per shipment that a shop this size can't sensibly carry.
Paying
By Interac e-transfer. Once your order is in, you'll see how much to send and where.
Put your order number in the transfer message and it takes me seconds to match up instead of minutes. Nothing gets posted or handed over until the transfer lands.
An e-transfer order stays open for two days. If the money hasn't landed by then, the order is cancelled. Nothing is charged either way, and you're welcome to order again.
Something went wrong
Use the contact form. If a packet didn't arrive or the seed didn't come up, I'd rather hear about it.
